Section 163
Compensation for damages
Any loss or damage caused to the company or shareholders or creditors or any other person by the director, officer or any person of any company by committing any offense punishable as prescribed in this Act or by violating any provision made in this Act or memorandum or regulations or unanimous agreement. If it is delivered, the affected company, shareholder, creditor or any person will be entitled to receive full compensation for the loss. He will have to bear the burden of such loss from his family.
